课程适合无基础或有一定基础的学生，中文授课，旨在通过学习练习掌握围棋的基本技巧。课堂教授真眼和假眼的区别、打劫、基本定式、布局、手筋和局后数子判断胜负。以学生之间的对局为主，体会围空的能力。作业为死活题练习以锻炼学生杀棋和做活的本领。期末有小型比赛。

This course is for beginner or intermediate level player and will be taught in Chinese.  I teach rules of Go (include ko and end game counting), basic joseki, fuseki and tesuji.  Homework will be life-and-death problems.  There will be small tournament at the end of semester.
