Fitness, focus, and an ancient Chinese martial art!

Kung Fu is more than just kicks, punches, and earning belts. Students also develop self-confidence, awareness, and respect for oneself and others.

This 10-week course will help students build a foundation for traditional kung fu. Students will practice stances, kicks, hand techniques, and short forms. Activities include: pad work, speed & reaction drills, meditation and games. Students will have the opportunity to test early level requirements within our ranking system.

Exercise, build friendships, and have fun!

Instructors:

Jonathan Chang and Michelle Lin began studying martial arts in their youth at YMAA (Yang’s Martial Arts Association) Andover, MA. In 2018, they completed the 10-year and 5-year full time training programs with Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming at the YMAA Retreat Center in California. Jon and Michelle have over 30 years of combined experience in instructing Kung Fu and Taijiquan to students of all ages and experience levels. They have taught Kids Kung Fu programs at YMAA Andover, Chinese School Andover, Hua Xin Chinese Language School, Lexington Chinese School, GBCCA (Greater Boston Chinese Cultural Association), and NECYSC (New England Chinese Youth Summer Camp).
