TASTING THE EIGHT TRADITIONS takes you on a journey through the flavors and techniques of the eight schools of Chinese cuisine. Master Chef Patrick Shao takes viewers on an exploration of the unique characteristics of each of the schools of Chinese cuisine: Sichuan, Hunan, Cantonese, Fujian, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui and Shandong. The program is filmed by LexMedia and sponsored by Fengshui restaurant.
