The Fundamental Qi Gong is a type of Qi Gong practice focusing on the movements of human spine.  Through the designed unique spine movements, one can restore the spine function and improve the central nervous system.   This Qi Gong practice generates strong stimulation and massage effects on the spinal cords and spinal nerves. These positive effects then directly act on the corresponding organs, resulting in more balanced nutrition, metabolism, and functional activities.

Many of the students reported that after practicing this Fundamental Qi Gong, the body and joints are relaxed, Qi and blood circulation are enhanced, and therefore be able to prevent diseases. This practice has great benefits on various chronic problems, such as arthritis, high blood pressure, insomnia, fatigue, stress, anxiety, digestive diseases, and other problems related to the spine improper posture and misaligned vertebrae.
